Who we are

We are a family of three Graham, Bre and Conor who is 13. For the last ten years we having been running the award winning Sychnant Pass House in Conwy.

Where we are

This is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and it truly lives up to the description. Chester, Snowdonia, the coast, and the Horseshoe Pass in Llangollen, castles, cities, cathedrals and fishing, are all on the doorstep, or perhaps a steam railway trip or a ghost walking tour of nearby Ruthin might appeal. With the Clwydians in the distance where King Offa built his dyke to keep the locals under control wonderful distance walking is not out of the question either.

We are also in easy reach of some great historical and local resources such as Chester, Conwy, St Asaph, Ruthin Denbigh and Llangollen, See Bre if you want to know the best places for retail therapy. (Sorry gentlemen!)

Directions

From Denbigh take the Llandyrnog turn off and proceed towards the village of Llandyrnog. At the little roundabout turn left for Bodfari. About 50 yds take a fork to left and proceed down the country lane, through a little cross roads and past large red brick barns. Pentre Mawr Country House can be found of the left hand side just after the barns.
