Terms and Conditions
Wedding Venue fees
Wedding venue fees must be paid in full two months before your big day and a refundable deposit of £250 is payable also two months before. This will be refunded when everything that you've brought on site is removed.
Damages and Limitation of Liability
All damages must be paid for in full (including specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you leave. Pentre Mawr will not be responsible for the loss or damage of any property left onsite.
Accessibility
Please email pmwv@icloud.com to discuss specific individual requirements and the availability of appropriate accommodation, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Children
When taking exclusive use of Pentre Mawr children of all ages are most welcome. Some rooms have sofa beds but most of our rooms are set up for two adults. Please have a chat with Nina or Bre about the best rooms for your little ones! Children over 10 are considered adults. All children must be under the strict control of adults for their own safety. Pentre Mawr has ponds and a haha ( Georgian infinity lawn) so please be aware that there are hazards where children could get hurt if left unsupervised.
Availability of Facilities
At certain times, facilities may become unavailable due to maintenance, adverse weather conditions or other reasons beyond our control. We will attempt to keep all guests informed of these circumstances when possible.
Parking
We have ample parking onsite. We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to cars or property however caused.
Guest Behaviour
Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to comply with requests with regard to conduct and respect for the property, its employees and guests and their health and safety. Guests are requested not to disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests, the smooth running of the Country House, or cause offence to other guests or our members of staff.
Smoking
Guests are not permitted to smoke in rooms but we have smoking shelters and of course you are most welcome to make on your private terraced but please removed all cigerateete butts to the bins provided.
Pets
Pets are welcomed, but do please let us know any animals you are planning to bring prior to your arrival. We try not to limit the number of dogs as we like many others have three woofs. Dogs are free of charge. We have a lovely woodland walk on site and there are fabulous local walks which we can give you information on once you are here.
Force Majeure
Pentre Mawr will not pay any compensation where the performance of its obligations is prevented or affected as a result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, fire, failure of electric power, gas, water, or any collapse of building structures.
